Mission
Katahguri College established in 1988, is a General Degree College. This college is affiliated with the Gauhati University. This college was established by a group of foresighted and committed Social Workers of the region. The objects of this college are to impart quality education for human resource development and nation building, to provide access to education for empowering the underprivilege and socially disadvantaged section, to take measures towards sustainable development of society, to provide placement service to the students, to boost up their career placement and to foster value based education among the students through councelling, guidence and developing in them good personality.
